   MOVE IN/OUT CLEANING CHECKLIST

GENERAL WORKS IN ALL AREAS:

• Dry floor cleaning with a vacuum cleaner or broom
• Wet cleaning of floors & baseboards
• Wet cleaning window sills, pipes
• Cleaning mirror & glass surfaces
• Cleaning of closets, cabinets & other surfaces.
• Taking out the trash (no more than 1-2 large black bags)

Bathroom:

• Deep clean the showers & bathtubs.
• Scrub walls & fixtures. 
• Deep clean and disinfect the faucets, sinks, & toilets.
• Wipe down mirrors. 
• Wipe down cabinets. 
• Empty trash & wash trash cans.

Kitchen:​

• Clean the stovetop & the inside of the oven. 
• Wash the inside & outside of the microwave. 
• Clean kitchen surfaces (tabletops, countertops, etc).
• Clean the inside & outside of the cabinets. (*only if they are empty)
• Wipe down kitchen appliances.
• Scrub and disinfect sink.
• Wipe down windowsills. 
• Scrub walls/trim/baseboards
• Take out the garbage.
• Clean & disinfect garbage cans.
• Wash the inside & outside of the refrigerator & also clean the freezer.(*this could extend the rate)

Chamber/Office Space:

• Dry floor cleaning with a vacuum cleaner or broom. 
• Wet cleaning of floors & baseboards. 
• Wipe down windowsills. 
• Wash walls
• Clean mirrors &  glass surfaces. 
• Change or make beds
• Clean all types of furniture (tabletops, shelves, cabinets, & other surfaces).
• Clean cabinets, drawers, etc.
• Take out the trash.
• Wash wastebaskets & storage space for waste.

Living Room/Bedroom:

• Dry floor cleaning with a vacuum cleaner or broom. 
• Wet cleaning of floors & baseboards. 
• Wipe down windowsills. 
• Wash walls
• Clean all types of furniture (tabletops, shelves, cabinets, & other surfaces)
• Dust accessories, interior items, appliances, design elements (vases, picture frames, photo frames, etc.) Depending on the number of accessories, the duration may increase or decrease. 
• Dust household appliances. 
• Take out the trash.
• Wash wastebaskets.
